Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory within the warehouse facility.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Allentown facility.
