Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label orders for shipment according to company standards and safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
- Sort, organize, and store incoming merchandise in designated areas.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
