- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks with speed and care, adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the work area remains organized and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Willingness to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory and order processing.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
