Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and prepare packages for shipment according to company standards.
- Load and unload trucks with speed, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure shipment integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
- Perform inventory checks and document stock movements accurately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
