Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory stocking and organization tasks efficiently to maintain warehouse standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Assist in the picking, packing, and shipping of orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality benchmarks.
- Perform light janitorial duties and equipment maintenance checks before and after shifts.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
