Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage products accurately and efficiently to meet daily shipping goals.
- Sort, organize, and inventory stock using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Package and label items for shipment, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve workflow issues and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for our immediate start program.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
