Responsibilities
- Unload and load trailers safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and stage merchandise for inbound and outbound shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and document any discrepancies.
- Operate scanning equipment to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through timely processing.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts as scheduled.
