Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and scanning of orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quotas.
- Handle inventory management tasks and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Memphis facility.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
