Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing merchandise against purchase orders and perform accurate inventory counts.
- Organization: Sort, pack, and label products for shipment, ensuring all items are securely wrapped.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspection and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible shifts.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid ID and be authorized to work in the United States.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to count, sort, and verify items accurately.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
