Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload freight from delivery trucks and shipping containers using proper equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks).
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory counts, sorting, and organization of stock to maintain warehouse standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with speed and precision to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanners (RF guns) to track inventory movements.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliability: A history of punctuality and dependability is required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Communication: Basic English language skills for reading labels, safety signs, and communicating with supervisors.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
