Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently process customer orders using RF scanners and conveyor systems to ensure accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and organize warehouse storage areas to maintain a safe and efficient flow of goods.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts as required to move heavy loads.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong track record of punctuality and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to communicate effectively with team leads.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure all packaging and labeling are correct.
