Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using RF scanners.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work rotating weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with overtime availability.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
