Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using handheld scanning technology
- Operate electric pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to optimize weekend workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Support inventory receiving and stocking operations as needed
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for weekend processes
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays, 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation to North Austin facility
- Positive attitude with strong team collaboration skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
