Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanners to process orders.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment according to customer orders and specifications.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and stocking incoming inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to 5S principles and safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all labeling and packaging meet quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read pick lists and labels.
