Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize inventory with speed and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with protocols.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure shipment accuracy and product integrity.
- Assist in packing and labeling orders for distribution to local and regional clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
- Handle merchandise with care, minimizing damage and waste.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Forklift certification (if applicable) is a bonus.
