Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles in a timely manner.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and organizing stockrooms to ensure optimal workflow.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage during transit and report discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Experience: Prior warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is a plus; on-the-job training provided.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
