Responsibilities
- Pack & Ship: Efficiently pack, seal, and label packages for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counting and inventory organization to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move stock within the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Inspect outgoing orders for damage and ensure all customer requirements are met.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the weekday shift team to ensure seamless handover of tasks.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work alternating Saturdays and Sundays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a history of punctuality and attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions, both written and verbal.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the Chicago location.
