Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the team lead to meet daily production targets and quality assurance standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed during peak times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for general associates.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
