As a Weekend Associate, you will play a crucial role in our logistics operations, ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare merchandise for shipment according to customer orders.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to meet daily productivity goals during peak weekend hours.
- Load/Unload Trucks: Efficiently handle the loading and unloading of freight trucks to keep operations moving.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and processing orders.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation and a positive work history.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills required for team coordination.
