Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders with a high degree of accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Organize warehouse inventory, label pallets, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of the work area and equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Experience with warehouse operations is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
