What You Will Do:
As a Weekend Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Sort, pack, and ship products to ensure customer satisfaction and meet delivery deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times in compliance with safety regulations.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management and stock organization.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required by management.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (Forklift certification is a plus but not required).
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and labels.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- No criminal record that would prohibit employment.
