We are looking for individuals who are reliable, physically fit, and ready to hit the ground running on Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick orders from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipment with precision and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, when certified.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards to minimize errors and damages.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to optimize workflow during peak hours.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous roles.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to understand and follow safety signage and operational procedures.
- Driving: Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required for the warehouse floor.
