Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using proper equipment.
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and stock inventory on the warehouse floor to ensure accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with high attention to detail.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and handheld scanners (certification provided if needed).
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to maximize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous roles.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Documents: Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
