Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Load and unload freight onto trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Conduct regular quality checks on inventory to ensure stock integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanning devices.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Assist in the organization of inventory and seasonal stock rotation.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to undergo a background check.
