Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization during peak weekend hours.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training available).
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and throughput targets.
- Perform quality checks on packaged goods to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid ID and reliable transportation to the facility.
