- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Basic verbal and written communication skills in English.
