Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 99.9% on-time delivery targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in our management system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and fully compliant with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Unload incoming freight and verify shipments against packing lists.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with a flexible schedule.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for accurate counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oklahoma City location.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
