Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Prepare: Accurately select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies with precision.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanning devices.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Reliability: Strong history of punctuality and dependability.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to minimize errors in inventory and shipping.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required.
