Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Goods: Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing merchandise using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Assist with scanning, sorting, and verifying inventory accuracy during weekend shifts.
- Packaging & Labeling: Ensure all products are correctly packaged, labeled, and staged for shipment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanners with precision and care.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet weekend throughput targets.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries regarding orders and shipments with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control in fast-paced settings.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
