Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; entry-level candidates welcomed.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation.
