Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and pack customer orders based on packing slips.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) as required.
- Load/Unload: Load and unload shipments from delivery trucks efficiently.
- Housekeeping: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Must be able to follow instructions and spot discrepancies.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and reading labels.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
