Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load and unload shipments safely and efficiently.
- Process incoming and outgoing inventory with 100% accuracy, utilizing our state-of-the-art WMS system.
- Perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock rotation to prevent product damage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
