Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages and merchandise efficiently to meet daily throughput goals.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies immediately to the shift lead.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Adhere to all company policies, including attendance and uniform requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
