Responsibilities
- Perform picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders accurately and efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Inspect packages for damage and prepare them for carrier delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on rotating shifts.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Dallas facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
