As a Weekend Associate, you will be the backbone of our weekend operations, ensuring that our distribution network runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operate Warehouse Equipment: Safely load, unload, and move materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, sort, and track incoming and outgoing packages and stock.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to management immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Packaging: Prepare orders for shipment by properly packaging and labeling items.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; no experience required for motivated candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime if needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when scanning and sorting items.
