Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely use pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyors to move inventory.
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and package customer orders to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory counts.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a history of punctuality.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and scanning.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for accuracy in order fulfillment and data entry.
