Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise accurately according to delivery schedules.
- Utilize warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and stock organization to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding handling and storage.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management is a plus.
- Strong reliability and punctuality for weekend shifts.
- Valid forklift certification preferred but not required (training available).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
