Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor to prevent accidents and improve workflow.
- Perform regular inventory checks and stock rotation to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and quality standards.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with availability for occasional overtime.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
