Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and speed to ensure on-time delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Sort and organize inventory stock in designated zones to maintain optimal workflow.
- Perform regular quality control checks to ensure product integrity before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve daily operational challenges and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
