Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation in real-time
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse zones per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekend shipping deadlines
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures during shifts
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper techniques
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) 6 AM-6 PM
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
