Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and inventory incoming shipments
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain organized staging areas and dock zones
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with weekend team to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner experience a plus)
- Reliable transportation to South Boston facility
- Availability for every Saturday/Sunday shift (6AM-2PM)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
