Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently select and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by performing cycle counts and stock organization.
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Shipment Preparation: Label, box, and load outbound shipments onto delivery trucks in a timely manner.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with the ability to work overtime during peak seasons.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting, weighing, and measuring products.
