Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely operate material handling equipment to load and unload trucks in accordance with safety regulations.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on forklifts and pallet jacks.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for entry-level roles.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
