Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and conveyor systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling and sorting.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow safety instructions and labels.
