As a Weekend Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that our clients receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Efficiently select and pack customer orders to ensure accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and stock organization to maintain optimal warehouse levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory checks.
- Reliability: Punctual with a history of consistent attendance.
- Background: Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
