Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process packages efficiently to meet daily volume targets.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Verify accuracy of inventory counts and ensure proper labeling of shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Perform quality checks on outgoing orders to minimize returns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Must be available to work every weekend (Saturday & Sunday).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
