Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise safely and efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
- Pick, pack, and verify customer orders with a focus on 99.9% accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Assist in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new warehouse management systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
