Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and verify merchandise to ensure orders meet customer specifications.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by stocking shelves and organizing storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks using appropriate safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform manual labor.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand safety instructions and communicate with team members.
