Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory management, including receiving, sorting, and stocking merchandise with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all outgoing orders meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve daily operational challenges.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring packages are handled with care.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license (not required for all positions but a plus).
