Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems according to safety regulations.
- Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system (WMS).
- Stock Organization: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise, ensuring proper FIFO rotation.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect outgoing packages for damage and ensure all shipping labels and documentation are correct.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday or Saturday/Sunday) on a consistent weekly basis.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software is a strong plus.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
